Refund Policy

Wise Wombat uses Paddle as its authorised reseller and merchant of record for online payments. When you purchase Wise Wombat through Paddle, your transaction and refund rights are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.

This page explains where to request a refund and how Wise Wombat can help with product issues. It does not replace, limit, or add exceptions to Paddle's Refund Policy or any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Paddle refund policy applies

For transactions processed by Paddle, Paddle's Refund Policy applies. Paddle's policy states when a transaction may be refundable, including any applicable statutory withdrawal rights, refunds for qualifying technical or product defects, and discretionary refunds handled by Paddle.

How to request a refund

To request a refund for a Paddle transaction, use the View receipt or Manage subscription link in your Paddle transaction confirmation email, use the support link provided in your receipt or billing page, or visit Paddle buyer support and choose the refund request option.

If you are unsure which purchase or subscription the request relates to, Paddle can help identify it from your transaction details.

Product or technical issues

If you are having trouble using Wise Wombat, please contact us at andrew@andrewmurphy.io so we can try to resolve the issue.

If the issue cannot be resolved and you want to request a refund, submit the refund request through Paddle using the methods above. Paddle may ask for details of the issue and any response from Wise Wombat.

Subscription cancellation

You can cancel a subscription to stop future billing through the Manage subscription link in your Paddle confirmation email or by using Paddle's buyer support site.

Cancellation and refund eligibility are handled in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.

Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing on this page limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
